The tasting room, usually filled with patrons sampling beers at 4 Hands Brewing has been turned into a staging area for bottles of hand sanitizer. 4 Hands produced a thousand gallons of hand sanitizer they are disturbing commercially to grocery stores, gas stations and other businesses for employees at those to use to help slow the spread of the coronavirus. Creating, packaging and selling the hand sanitizer is allowing the brewery to continue to keep some employees working during the stay at home order. The brewery is also giving away 2-ounce bottles of the hand sanitizer while supplies last to customers who stop by the brewery at 1220 South 8th Street. 4 Hands suggest people who take the sanitizer contribute to their GoFundMe page "4 Hands FOR HANDS" with money raised being used to support people in the St. Louis hospitality industry. The brewery is also selling carry out bottled beer and spirits.
